The Students from Science stream were taken to IITM RESEARCH park to get an exposure, how the ideas are incubated and converted into product with the help of partial funding and procedures to be followed for their NEW START UP companies. The exposure was given by witnessing the exhibited products designed by Layman of our society. It is not required to be a graduate of IITM. Possessing any innovative ideas are given weightage and products are developed practising those ideas. The turnover by doing these projects is Rs 3500 crores. CLASS VII: – FLOWER SHOW AT SEMMOZHIPOONGA: Students of class VII nearly 145 , visited Semmozhipoonga to see the flower show of 12 lakhs original flowers of rare varieties kept in open garden. There were mind blowing different patterns and designs of plants and flowers which are normally exhibited in Ooty and Kodaikanal. It was a wonderful experience for the Students.
